TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Shipping

 

  • Physical zines and merch will all be shipped from the UK. 
  • Digital zines and merch will be sent at the same time physical copies are sent. 
  • Orders may take up to 6 weeks longer than usual to arrive, due to extended postal issues caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. 
  • We aim to ship to all destinations, however some international destinations are unavailable as shipping locations. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  • This is a PRE-ORDER store. Shipping is currently expected to take place August - September 2024. Follow our social media for updates. 
  • All physical orders will be shipped with tracking. However, please note that full tracking (end to end) is not available for every country. Please contact us if you would like to know more.

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

 

  • Physical zines and merch will be packed as carefully as possible. We aim to keep your order in the best condition, however, we cannot control any damage that may occur during transit. 
  • If you find that your physical order has received damage upon arrival, we can try to replace damaged items depending on the leftover stock available. However, the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping costs this would result in. 
  • We cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods. 
  • The team at Luxury are not liable for any damages that occur to our product once they have been removed from their packaging.

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

 

  • Refunds will only be available until the end of the zine’s pre-order period. Once the pre-order period has ended, we cannot offer any refunds. 
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted. 
  • If you would like to cancel your order, adjust your order, or switch to a different bundle, this too must be done before pre-orders end. If this is something you would like to do, please contact us with:
    • The name you provided for your order
    • The order number
  • If you have made an error when making your purchase, or you have to change important information (for example, your address) please contact us with:
    • The name you provided for your order
    • The order number
    • The error made and what the correct information should be.

Should the physical zine or merch be unable to be delivered to you due to incorrect information given, the zine team is not liable for the undelivered/returned package and will sadly be unable to give a refund or replacement. 

 

Should a digital zine or merch be unable to be delivered to you due to an incorrectly-provided email address, the zine is not liable for the undelivered/bounced back email containing the digital zine bundle and will sadly be unable to give a refund or replacement.
